Dough Enhancer makes for lighter, fluffier baked goods with
a combination of several dough conditioners. (does not
contain gluten). It increases dough strength, extends shelf
life and improves texture.
Ingredients: Whey, Soy Lecithin, Tofu, Citric acid, dry yeast, sea salt, spice blend, corn starch
, vitamin C, natural flavor

SAF Instant Yeast
This is professional instant yeast, not active dry yeast.
Use about 25% less than active dry. It is vacuum packed in
foil for freshness. You don't need to proof your dough
with this yeast, rise only once. 2 year shelf life.

Vital Wheat Gluten is a Natural Food Protien that enhances natural flavor, expands freshness
and improves the quality of bread. Wheat Gluten increases the yield of the flour and strengthens
the dough by becoming highly elastic when water is added. It is also used as a nutrient supplement,
a processing aid, a stabilizer, thickener and texturizing agent. It is often used in Specialty Breads.
