I have personally used the Bosch Universal and the Electrolux Assistent mixers. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. If you have a specific question, give me a
call. You can make great bread with any of these mixers.
If you are looking for the Euro Style slim Base the Concept 7 is a great mixer. It has
suctioning feet and removable center post which makes clean up easy. The Bowl & blender use the same motor. I
have not personally used this machine but some of my friends love it.
The DLX is a great mixer if you want
a Stainless steel bowl. I Used this machine for about 2 years. It is a solid, quiet and ruggedly
built mixer with a long reputation of dependable service. I will personally be glad to answer
any questions you have about any of our mills or mixers. We all have different likes and dislikes and different
needs. I have been using a bread machine and grain mill for about 15 years.
