The Urban Rebounding® intermediate program is a 45-minute level workout. You will build upon the seven basic postures from the Basics video and add new intermediate choreography. The workout is followed by knee lifts and kicks with various arm movements. Finally, you are taken through jogging drills, squats, push-ups, dips, and stretching. This program allows the muscle groups to work simultaneously without putting unnecessary impact on the bones and joints. By transferring the typical aerobic moves performed on the floor to the rebounder, stress on the joints is reduced. This unique exercise works with gravity not against it while toning and strengthening the body.
