Nutrition Lifestyles will accept for refund or exchange, any item purchased for a period of 30 days in accordance with the guidelines under 'Returns' and 'Refunds'. The AIM nutritional products have a 100% money back (less shipping costs) guarantee within 90 days of purchase. Call for details.

Defective Equipment

We will refund or replace at your option any equipment that is defective. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty will apply.


Equipment is shipped via UPS Ground, with orders received by 2 p.m. Central Time will ship the same day in most cases. Items with free shipping applies to the 48 states. Shipping damages must be reported within 24 hrs. Other shipping options are available.


Your information goes no further than our office, and is only used to fill your order.


Refunds will be less shipping whether added on or included in the purchase price and is subject to a 20% restocking fee with a $10 minimum. This fee just covers our credit card fees and labor for handling. Equipment that has been warranty registered with the manufacturer either online or by mailing a warranty card, is not eligible for return.


Any returned items must be in 'new' condition, complete with all packaging and manuals. Fees will apply if the return is missing items. Return postage and insurance are the senders responsibility except in the case of wrong items sent in which case we cover your shipping cost for return. We require that you call or email for a return authorization (RA) number before returning.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns.


Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges.
