KoMo's Duett 100 Mill: A perfect all-around solution, the KoMo Duett provides both freshly ground flour and flaked grains. Its beautiful housing, constructed both of furniture-grade beech veneer and solid beech, contains two separate motors designed to operate either simultaneously or independently. So your day might begin with fresh flakes in the morning and fine flour at midday for an afternoon cake, while crushing poppy seeds for both.
Capacity of the grinder hopper is 2 lb., 10 ounces. Also included with the KoMo Duett is a specially designed, handmade ceramic bowl for the flaker unit. For those needing its range of capabilities, the unique KoMo Duett offers significant savings compared to buying a mill and a flaker separately. The grinder side will grind wheat (both hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind spices, lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney, etc.) It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials. The Duett's flaker is perfect for rolling all softer grains like oat groats.

Choose from 110V or 230V models: The Duett 100 mill is available in the standard version, or a 230 volt version for use in countries that use 230V power. (Mills with 230V power are equipped with a Euro plug.)
