KoMo's Fidibus 21 grain mill: Compact but powerful. At just over a foot tall, the Fidibus 21 performs well against larger mills. Its attractive beechwood veneer cabinet conceals a pair of advanced corundum/ceramic burrs and a strong, high efficiency motor. Its solid beechwood hopper holds 1 lb., 15 oz. of grain — enough for over two pounds of whole grain bread. The 21 produces 3.5 ounces of flour per minute at the finest setting, and can run continuously so you can refill and keep grinding for any quantity of flour you need. Its compact footprint makes the Fidibus 21 ideal for every small kitchen, and a valuable tool for anyone exploring the joys of cooking with natural foods. A cornerstone of the KoMo mill line, the 21 will grind wheat (both hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind spices, lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney, etc.) It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.

Clean lines and simplicity: The grind of the Fidibus 21 is continuously adjustable from fine flour to coarse meal and cracked grain, simply by turning the hopper bowl to align its index mark with the graphic scale on the front of the mill. Cleanup is minimal and easy, and access to the milling chamber takes only a moment, and requires no tools.

Choose from 110V or 230V models: The KoMo Fidibus 21 mill is available in the standard version, or a 230 volt version for use in countries that use 230V power. (Mills with 230V power are equipped with a Euro plug.)
