2 Cups rice flour Mix: Well sugar and cocoa. Add: Rice flour and xanthan gum. In separate: Bowl blend together with fork eggs, oil and vanilla. Spread: In greased and rice floured 8x10x2 pan. Bake: At 350° for 45-50 minutes Xanthan gum can be found in Health Food Stores |
