Three Minute Cream of Chicken Soup

Cook : In medium saucepan on medium heat

6 Cups boiling water
1 Cup fine white bean flour
2 Tablespoons chicken or vegetable soup base
1 Cup cooked diced chicken pieces (optional)

Whisk: Bean flour into boiling water.

Add: Soup base.

Stir: And cook 3 minutes.
(Optional for creamier soup blend in blender for 1-2 minutes)

Add: Chicken if used.
